Failure to meet these responsibilities may lead to delays or additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made as agreed (milestone-based or upfront).
• Payments are accepted via approved channels only.
• Work will not proceed without the required upfront payment.

5. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain full rights to content they provide.
• Devdezy grants clients the rights to final deliverables after full payment.
• Devdezy reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

If your project includes services such as domain registration, hosting, or third-party tools, their usage is subject to the respective provider's terms and is non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. All client information, project details, and sensitive data will be kept confidential and will not be shared without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Devdezy is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from client delays or incorrect information
• Downtime or issues caused by third-party services
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with reasonable notice. In such cases:

• Work completed until the termination will be chargeable.
• Any advance paid may be adjusted against the completed work.

10. Changes to Terms
