Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged more than once due to a system or payment error.
- Project Not Started: If you cancel the project before any development work or design process has started.
- Failure to Deliver: If Devdezy fails to initiate or deliver the project as agreed, without valid explanation or due cause.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after work has started
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., incomplete inputs, slow feedback)
- Custom design or development already delivered or in-progress
- Domain purchases, hosting, and third-party services are non-refundable
- If the project scope changes midway and results in cancellation
- Digital marketing services already delivered (ads run, SEO audits, etc.)
Partial Refunds
If a project is terminated mutually after partial completion, a partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed and resources used.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at care.devdezy@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Project Name]".
- Include a detailed reason for the request.
- Provide payment proof or transaction ID.
We will evaluate your request within 7 business days and notify you of the decision.
Chargebacks
Clients are requested to not initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us. We aim to resolve issues fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to legal or platform-specific actions.
